Well, does anyone have anything good to say about celexa, treating anxiety? more often than not people talk about the bad vs. the good. a few months ago I was prescribed paxil by my doctor. So there I went on a search mission to find all the info I could about it. It sounded awful. Yes I understand everyone is different and you really don't know what it will do until you try it yourself. between all the side effects of Paxil this drug did not sound worth it. So I made an appt. with a psychiatrist instead of my regular physician. She told me she would have never prescribed paxil to me, but that celexa was also generalized anxiety and has less side effects. Also suppose to be weight neutral. no gain no loss. It might make you more hungry but it doesn't trigger your brain to store fat as paxil does. It will probably take me a week to trust that this med. might help. I haven't picked up the prescription yet. They say to stay off the computer because other peoples stories will drive you nuts, but I can't help it. Any stories bad or hopefully good will help

smpumpkins3 replied: "I've been taking Celexa, and now Lexapro (An "updated" version) for about 4-5 years now and it seems to work fine. Supposedly Lexapro has fewer side effects than Celexa, so ask your Doc about it. I can't say I notice much of a difference when I'm on it, but I do notice myself getting worse if I miss doses for a while. It's hard to tell b/c as you know it's different for everyone. But overall, I think that both meds are widely accepted and used. If you want more info, just google it and see. There are many different websites that give you neutral info (or both good AND bad) so that you can make your own conclusion. But either way, you're just gonna have to see which med works best for YOU! (And try not to feel too much like a guinea pig while you do! Trust me, I know the feeling.) GOOD LUCK!"

el grifo replied: "when i was first diagnosed with depression they gave me celexa and that didn't work out well, so they switched me to paxil, and when i started having panic attacks they gave me xanax and then changed it to klonopin... try benzodiazepams' like xanax or klonopin.... they work wonders... with out weight gain..."

Zoloft, Paxil, or Celexa to treat anxiety? Seizures? I have social anxiety. Which of these medications is best for that? Also, are any one of these LESS likely than the others to cause seizures when consuming alcohol?

Zelda Hunter replied: "Paxil can make you gain weight. I take Zoloft _ though I'm not even taking a therapeutic dose yet. It says on the bottle it can make you drowsy with alcohol and to use care with cars/machines. Why don't you ask your doctor?"

What is the best ssri Medication for treating anxiety disorders.? I have tried Celexa, and lexapro but they didnt do much of anything for me. Please any advice would be useful thanks

Simon W replied: "Lexapro is one of the best SSRIs to treat anxiety, they did not help me either. I take a low dose of Chlorpromazine which works very well, You could try Lorazepam 1mg when required."

A.J. replied: "i have anxiety issues and my doctor put me on zoloft for it. it can have some pretty bad side effects, but it's worth a try. it helped me. good luck! -aj"

Scott replied: "Get off the SSRI's! They hardly work for anxiety, and they are horrible to wean off of when you decide to stop taking them. I've tried Lexapro and Paxil, they both suck. Try Buspar. It's more more anxiety than depression, not an SSRI, and fewer side effects. I've completely gone off all meds personally, and I feel better. I do drink more than I should but a lot of ppl with anxiety do."

Celexa, a treatment for anxiety? i recently got put on Celexa to treat my anxiety, and today i went looking on the web for more information about it, but from what i see, celexa is used to treat depression. So my question is, is celexa a normal medication to be put on for anxiety?

wendy.balsam replied: "yes...actually im on lexapro wich is the pure virsion of celexa...it should help..if it doesnt ask for lexapro..it works great for me (with some slight sexual side effects) but i didnt like celexa"

Jess replied: "Yes. Antidepressants are used to treat depression and anxiety, since the two can't really be separated. Keep researching until you find more information. It's my understanding it should be taken with food, usually in the morning, and takes two-four weeks to begin showing improvement. Try not to skip doses and don't stop taking it without talking to the doc. The first couple of weeks, you will be very drowsy and unmotivated, but then it gets better. Pretty soon, you'll be swearing it's the best thing that ever happened to you."

rebelady28379 replied: "i take Lyrica 50mgs 4x daily, its for aniexty,i also take valium 10 mgs 4x daily.the Lyrica is used for aniexty attacks and to help keep me calm because of me being so add and hypertensive.you can also try this website too here it is "

gaminegirl replied: "Most anti depressants will also ease anxiety. Personally I found Prozac far better for this than Celexa. If the Celexa doesn't reduce your anxiety, after you've been on it for a month or more, and after your doctor has adjusted your dose to see if that helps, then at that point you need to ask for a better medication. Your best bet is to see a psychiatrist, if you haven't already. Then you will get a proper diagnosis and the right medication."

Trisha replied: "any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer. Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness. Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation"

Are there Different and Effective alternatives to Treating Depression , Chronic Anxiety & Panic Disorder? Two Weeks ago, I was Prescribed Anti- Depressant med. Celexa. To treat depression, anxiety and panic attacks. But I seem to be breaking out with Adult acne now. Which I have not had in YEARS! And...recently I have been feeling more irritable and moody, than usual, and more anxious...So Im not sure if this is rite for me after all. Iv heard some positive results but im not seeing them. Iv heard about Natural Supplement, alternatives that are better to treat these disorders..like Valerian Root, and 5-HTP??? Im thinking I may want to stop my medication and GO OH NATURAL, with natural supplements? ANSWERS ANYONE?

dvk replied: "OH NATURAL?"

Isa replied: "It's not safe to stop your medication without your doctor's advice. A depression is not something easy to deal with. You must be really sure that you can go on without meds. Valerian is good to calm anxiety and to relax, also St John's (not to be taken with other medication) You could try to make some sports, yoga, etc. but it's very important that you ask your doctor."

Blackcompe replied: "5-HTP is useless. You get plenty of it in meat. Not to mention is does not enter your brain matter directly. Its a precursor to serotonin. Valerian Root; I don't know much about it, but I do know ALOT about mental health and this herb isn't well known. Besides SSRI's (Celexa), SNRI's (Effexor, Cymbalta) and MAOI's, the only remedies for depression are natural. There is one natural herb that has shown promise in treating slight to moderate depression. It is St. John's Wort. Its is a SSRI, so its mechanism of action is similar to Celexa. Non-medication routes include improving one's physical health, therapeutic treatments (raki, acupuncture), eating good, and yoga. I would personally stick with Celexa. If your not impressed try a different reuptake inhibitor or an MAOI."

luvacat3 replied: "St. John's wort is the only natural supplement that has been scientifically shown to effectively treat mild to moderate depression, and will not treat severe depression. Omega 3 fatty acids looked promising (fish oil pills) but more recent studies have not supported that supplement's use for treating depression. We're talking double blinded studies comparing the active ingredient vs. placebo here. A lot of people do benefit from the placebo effect, though, and that's enough for mild depression. major depression will come right back after a couple weeks, though. Best natural ways to treat depression: get lots of exercise, keep involved with your relationships with others, volunteer for things, stay busy, get enough sleep, eat right, listen to upbeat music, not sad music, and get extra sunlight. If that doesn't work, counseling and/or medication are required. Also, learn meditation - there is a free guided imagery at healthjourneys.com. There are lots of meditation techniques & they are very helpful for dealing with anxiety. Learn deep breathing."

shaneris5 replied: "Ask yourself: "Why do I feel depressed, and when did I first start to feel this way: can I associate this with any recent change in my life?" (if so, it is probably reactive [situational] depression: counselling, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy may be indicated, but most of life's adverse situations are resolved within 16 weeks, yet the medical criteria for depression, and the prescription of antidepressants is only 2 weeks!). Or, was it a more gradual thing, with no apparent cause? (a nutritional deficiency, hypothyroidism, environmental toxicity, or reactions to some medications, etc., becomes more likely as the cause). Antidepressants work quicker than the following; 2 - 6 weeks, but you may have to adjust dosage, or types. St. John's wort helps most people; tolerance doesn't develop, and the few side effects don't occur often, and even then are normally not severe (neither should be relied on as a sole treatment). It doesn't cause sleeping problems, or weight change, but usually takes at least 2, and generally 4 - 6 weeks to become effective, but can work quicker than antidepressants, sometimes. A recent, independent German double blind study showed it to be as effective as a commonly prescribed antidepressant, in cases of major depression, with far fewer side effects, and those were generally better tolerated, with a lower rate of discontinuation. Unlike antidepressants, where sexual dysfunction is a common side effect, it happens much more rarely with St. John's wort (I have noticed no effect in this area). A multidimensional approach to treating depression without medication follows. All except for no. (7.) are safe to use with medication, but not St. John's wort, because of interactions, and it's sensible to check out anything else first with your doctor. (1.) Take 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily: (certified free of mercury) it is best if consumed with an antioxidant, such as an orange, or grapefruit, or their FRESHLY SQUEEZED juice. If vitamin E is added, it should be certified as being 100% from natural sources, or it may be synthetic: avoid it. In the winter months, if not getting sufficient daily exposure to strong light, see SEARCHBAR: enter: "vitamin D3", & Go to a doctor and ask for a 25(OH)D, also called 25-hydroxyvitamin D, blood test. When you get the results, dont follow the typical normal reference range, as these are too low. The OPTIMAL value that youre looking for is 45-52 ng/ml (115-128 nmol/l)". The company which tests your levels has to be one of those using the correct form of test, and this topic is addressed via the searchbar at mercola.com - "vitamin D3; testing". Also take a vitamin B complex which is certified as being 100% of natural origin; a deficiency in vitamin B9 (folic acid, or folate) is known to cause depression. Around 30% - 40% of depressed people have low vitamin B12 levels. Depressed females using the contraceptive pill may benefit from vitamin B6 supplements. (2.) Work up slowly to at least 20 minutes minutes of exercise, daily, or 30 - 60 mns, 5 times weekly. Too much exercise can cause stress, which isn't wanted when dealing with depression. (3.) Occupational therapy (keeping busy allows little time for unproductive introspection, and keeps mental activity out of less desirable areas of the brain). (4.) Use daily, a relaxation method* and/or yoga*, and/or Tai Chi*. (5.) Initially, at least, some form of counselling, preferably either Cognitive Behavio(u)ral Therapy, or Rational Emotive Behavio(u)ral Therapy. (6.) Maintain a mood chart, and daily activities schedule**. (7.) As options, if desired, either a known, effective herbal remedy, such as St. John's wort, (get a German variety, if possible; local ones may vary in effectiveness. Take with a meal) or supplements, such as SAMe, or Inositol (from vitamin and health food stores, some supermarkets, or mail order: view section 55). If 5HTP is used to boost serotonin levels, (which are low in depressed people) it is best taken with a high carbohydrate, minimal protein meal, like pasta, with tomato & basil, and avoid protein for 90 minutes, before, and after, to maximise the amount crossing the blood/brain barrier. 80% of people in the Western world have low magnesium levels, and these are known to cause depression & anxiety. Try pharmacies & supermarkets for the magnesium supplement types shown in or magnesium chloride."

Celexa and side Effects after 1 year? I have been on Celexa to treat general anxiety for 1 year... After my Dad died suddenly it really took a toll. Anyways, the Celexa really helped me out and seem to work. I am only on 10 mg, and recently I have been feeling a little "out of it", kind of a stoned or drunk or lightheaded feeling. I even had a case of vertigo, which has never happened before. Is it possible to get side effects from a Medication even after you have been on it for 1 year? I have been checked by doctors and there is nothing physically wrong. I have not gone back to the Psychiatrist yet.

yudavilla replied: "If you come off it quickly or try to take yourself off it or even forget a few pills, you can get the type of feelings you mentioned ."

lynda replied: "very unlikely you would get symptoms from the celexa after a year. Sounds like to me something else is going on, to give you the symptoms you described. I would not hesitate to get a second opinion. Also set an appointment with your psychiatrist. Oh have you skipped any doseages and just started up again?"

The Outsiders replied: "To be happy see this video; About Psychiatry see this video: Understanding Psychiatry: "Psychiatry is not the same as neurology; whereas neurology treats diseases that have their aetiology or their physiology known and proven by medical science, psychiatry treats mental conditions where aetiology and physiology are both unknown and unproven. Psychiatry is not the same as Psychology; whereas Psychology studies the cognitive and subconscious mental processes of man with no regard towards physiology; Psychiatry studies theoretical mental disorder with the assumption that those disorders are based on physiological deficiencies. Psychology develops therapies aimed to improve mans cognitive processes; whereas Psychiatry develops physiological treatments to treat theoretical physiological deficiencies where aetiology and physiology are both unknown and unproven. The unscientific assumption that mental disorders are based on physiological deficiencies creates an arbitrary that makes any further research done by Psychiatry unscientific. You cant base science on assumptions and arbitraries. Psychiatry treats theoretical mental disorders with theoretical physiological treatments. Examples of Psychiatric theoretical mental disorders: Premenstrual dysphonic disorder (PMDD) is a severe form of premenstrual syndrome. Gender identity disorder: If you are gay you have this disorder. Female orgasmic disorder: Many types of conditions are under this code. Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association. As you see, these mental disorders are actually unscientific arbitraries based solely on opinion. Examples of Psychiatric theoretical physiological treatments: 1st Example Electroconvulsive therapy is a barbaric treatment where brain damage is induced into the patient by passing 70 to 200 volts of electricity through your brain. The electro shock and the heat further produce more brain damage by the effect decomposition and toxicity of dead brain cells. The only benefit of Electroconvulsive therapy is that it produces memory loss and amnesia. So the patient forgets its problems. Electroconvulsive therapy has caused death, coma and disabilities on patients. =-2431926628202445879 About 100,000 people in the USA undergo ECT every year. The most commonly accepted theory is that ECT's mechanism of action is similar to that of antidepressant drugs and involves neurotransmitters, in particular dopaminergic, serotoninergic and noradrenergic systems. Source: 2nd Example: Lobotomy is another barbaric treatment developed by Psychiatry in the name of mental health. In this procedure brain damage is induced into the patient by cutting the connections to and from the prefrontal cortex or simply destroying it. Even lobotomy's proponents admitted that only one third of the operated patients would improve, while one-third remained the same, and one-third got worst (25 to 30 % is the proportion of spontaneous improvement in many kinds of mental diseases! Thus, a large proportion of the operated patients could have recovered without the lobotomy). 3rd Example: The chemical imbalance theory, this theory alleges that serotonin deficiency in the brain causes depression. The following video explains this theory.= But this theory is not based in science and experts disagree: I spent the first several years of my career doing full-time research on brain serotonin metabolism, but I never saw any convincing evidence that any psychiatric disorder, including depression, results from a deficiency of brain serotonin. In fact, we cannot measure brain serotonin levels in living human beings so there is no way to test this theory. Some neuroscientists would question whether the theory is even viable, since the brain does not function in this way, as a hydraulic system Stanford psychiatrist David Burns, winner of the A.E. Bennett Award given by the Society for Biological Psychiatry for his research on serotonin metabolism, when asked about the scientific status of the serotonin theory in 2003. Although it is often stated with great confidence that depressed people have a serotonin or norepinephrine deficiency, the evidence actually contradicts these claims Professor Emeritus of Neuroscience Elliot Valenstein Indeed, no abnormality of serotonin in depression has ever been demonstrated Psychiatrist David Healy, former secretary of the British Association for Psychopharmacology and historian of the SSRIs, in Let Them Eat Prozac (2004). A sugar pill was more effective than either St. Johns Wort or the antidepressant Zoloft in providing relief to severely depressed patients, according to a new study that is unlikely to end the debate about the role of the popular supplement in treating the disorder. I wrote that Prozac was no more, and perhaps less, effective in treating major depression than prior medications. I argued that the theories of brain functioning that led to the development of Prozac must be wrong or incomplete Brown University psychiatrist Peter Kramer, author of Listening to Prozac, which is often credited with popularizing SSRIs, in a clarifying letter to the New York Times in 2002. Some have argued that depression may be due to a deficiency of NE [norepinephrine] or 5-HT [serotonin] because the enhancement of noradrenergicnor serotonergic neurotransmission improves the symptoms of depression. However, this is akin to saying that because a rash on ones arm improves with the use of a steroid cream; the rash must be due to a steroid deficiency Psychiatrists Pedro Delgado and Francisco Moreno, in Role of Norepinephrine in Depression, published in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry in 2000. We must be able to differentiate real scientific research against special interest research. The fact is that the chemical imbalance theory is unfounded because: 1) A connection of emotional states and neurotransmission levels have not been established. 2) It is impossible to measure the serotonin levels in living human beings. 3) There is no evidence that brain cells produce and then reabsorb serotonin. In the following video two college professor explain exactly what Im saying in Fox News:= We must understand that psychiatric drugs are a multi billion dollars industry, and that careful marketing campaigns are created to push these drugs. We can even say that the whole Chemical Imbalance Theory was created in an effort to market these drugs. We can also say that anti-depressants are actually a marketing name for stimulants and anti-psychotic are actually a marketing name for depressants. Three types of drugs: Narcotics: (OxyContin, Vicodin, Percocet), also known as analgesics or opiods are drugs that are prescribed for moderate to severe physical pain. They are abused because of their euphoric, sedating, and numbing effects. Narcotic abuse causes tolerance and dependence and the withdrawal symptoms are severe. Depressants: (Xanax, Valium, Librium) are drugs that are prescribed to treat anxiety and sleep disorders. They are abused because of their sedating properties. With abuse, depressants cause tolerance and dependence and the withdrawal symptoms can be severe. Stimulants: Ritalin, Dexedrine, Meridia) are prescribed to treat ADD/ADHD and other conditions such as asthma. They are abused because of their energizing and euphoric effects. Stimulants do not generally cause tolerance or dependence but abuse is associated with hostility and paranoia. There is also great risk for cardiovascular failure and seizures. -Ritalin: Prescribed for individuals (usually children) who have attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), has a high potential for abuse and produces many of the same effects as cocaine or amphetamine. Psychiatrists are not common people. Psychiatrists have a different point of view than the rest of society: A recent survey in the UK found that 83 per cent of psychiatrists thought that ECT( Electroconvulsive therapy) was more likely to be beneficial than harmful this figure fell to 69 per cent of mental health nurses and 14 per cent of psychologists. So how come Psychiatrists have such a different point of view than Psychologists and the rest of society? Whereas Psychologists confronts the human mind or psyche and understand that each person behaviors is an evolution of his own personal experiences. Psychiatrists are unable to confront the human psyche; Psychiatrists dont care about your emotional issues or traumas; Psychiatrists only deal with man as an object, a biomechanical machine incapable of controlling his mental processes. How else can you explain Psychiatry barbaric treatments? Like Electroconvulsive therapy, Lobotomies, strait jackets and severe drugging of patients. For them you are not a person; for them you are only a biomechanical machine. People that join the Psychiatric profession do it in order to learn to deal with man in a mechanical way. The real role of Psychiatry in society is that they are psyche executioners of society. Whenever a person doesnt conform with the behavioral rules of society they can be sent to a Psychiatrist. And the Psychiatrist enforces the person to conform by the use of multiple control mechanisms; these mechanisms are drugs, electroshock, lobotomies and incarceration (When you are committed into a Psychiatric hospital against your will you are being incarcerated and your freedom is taken away from you. After this the patients are so scared that they will do anything in order to get out of that place.). The behavioral rules of society are clearly expressed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association. "

Has anyone taken Niacinimide, to treat an anxiety disorder? I have tried many herbs to help my anxiety disorder but nothing seems to work. I am also taking celexa right now which i've been taking for almost 2 years now. Also, can you take Niacinimide with anti depressants?

css0199 replied: "taking herbs with prescriptions can be really dangerous. and make the drugs not work. all b vitamins can help depression and mood, especially folic acid, b-12 and niacin. they are safe even in larger doses. my doctor has me on prescription strength folic acid with my antidepressant."

C C C replied: "The cure for anxiety has already been discovered by Science..in the "Why you don't want to live report" by Collin Camino..it is stopping depression and anxiety in over 7 countries..You do the techniques ALONE..NO DOCTORS..NO HERBS..NO..MEDICATIONS..IT WORKS! This will stop your anxiety if you do the techniques..forget the pills and herbs..you can even do the techniques while on meds and it still works!! Please read it here You can read it tonight..and heal..it is the best thing I have seen Camino is a young filmmaker who is showing people how to do it on their own."

Can Strep Throat cause you to have anxiety symptons? I have been taken celexa for anxiety for the past 6 weeks, come to find out that I have strep throat (caught it from my daughter), would strep cause you to have anxiety symptons until you started treating it with antibiotics?

cheri-er-rn@sbcglobal.net replied: "no"

softballer006 replied: "It's impossible to say a definitive 'no' to anything in medicine. But I have never heard of this happening before and thinking about anatomy and physiology and pathophysiology and pathology and all the other courses I have taken to prepare for my career, it doesn't make sense that it would. But I did try to find some sort of connection thinking about the pathophysiologic processes of strep throat. The fact is, it didn't. Sounds like you started taking Celexa before you had strep throat. If you are taking the antibiotics for the strep throat now and you are doing well with your anxiety, it could be that the Celexa has kicked in and started working well for you. It can definitely take up to 2 months before you feeel a true effect from an antianxiety medication or an antidepressant. So it is possible that the medication is working great for you. Now, this being said... Strep throat is a bad infection because it has the capability, if left untreated, to affect the heart and the kidneys. If you had strep throat that you ignored and did not get treated and it affected your heart, you could have had symptoms of anxiety that were not anxiety but were symptoms of the heart infection. This would be chest pains and palpitations or rapid heart rate or " a funny feeling in your heart" etc.. It is doubtful that this is the case because you would undoubtedly have known your throat hurt and sought out medical care before it reached this point. So.... in summary... The chances of your anxiety being caused by strep throat are slim to none and slim just left town! It is good that your medication seems to be working.... don't stop the Celexa without seeing your doctor because you will have withdrawl. Don't stop the antibiotic before it is finished even if you feel better because you will have a recurrence of the strep throat and it will be back with a vengence. Good luck with everything.. I hope this helped a bit!"

honeymann replied: "I love that second answer. I thought I was reading a student's essay for one dreadful moment. Simple answer is if you were worried viz a viz anxious, about your strep throat then you could show symptoms of anxiety purely on that basis . But there is no medical link between your strep throat and Anxiety - Honest!"

telltaleheart1843 replied: "well when i get it i have anxiety and depression but people are different"

Diane D replied: "Could happen but it would be rare."

Which is better in your opinion, Paxil or Celexa? answer if you have previously or currently taken/taking the medication please. I am switching off 100mg of Zoloft cause I cannot afford $90.00 a month- The paxil and Celexa will treat my depression and Anxiety and is only $4.00. Which one would you say works better?

Angela C replied: "Paxil."

deborah m replied: "For me the celexa worked much better than the paxil."

C J replied: "Celexa is better - and Paxil seems to be extremely hard to get off of once you've taken it."

S P replied: "Paxil. I have been on it for years and love it!"

slo_gin007 replied: "Paxil does great for depression, there's really no difference between it and Zoloft, they use the same mechanism. You might also want to mix in some ativan/xanax for your anxiety an it is also very effect and very cheap. Good Luck."

jas30705 replied: "There is no right answer for this question. All Meds work different. You have to try one and hope it is the one. Sorry to say. If Zoloft work well for you, pay the money and stay on it. I take Celexa and it hasn't help much. Good Luck and God Bless"

Is Celexa(or its generic brand) used to treat OCD? I have the obsessive part of OCD (no compulsions whatsoever just obessessions(thoughts I don't act on). And Depression and anxiety. I was prescribed celexa. Anyone else been put on this with OCD? Can you tell me your experience?

dropping bombs on your mom replied: "i have never heard of celexa being used for ocd. usually, Paxil or Zoloft is prescribed. however, some drugs do have "off label" uses meaning that they can be used for things that they are not necessarily indicated for (example: using Benadryl for sleep)."

daisylily replied: "Yes, it is. I know someone who is on Celexa for OCD and he says it works great for him. I am also on it for anxiety and it works great for me too."

Joan replied: "i am on celexa, and i too, have ocd thoughts. it is funny you asked b/c i was just speaking w/my therapist a/b this issue. and we are going to give it some time and then maybe add or switch to wellbutrin or another anti-depressant. but, another option is taking an anti-anxiety med when you are having an especially bad day w/ocd thoughts (xanax, klonnipin (sp!), etc.) i'll update you if i get on another one and let you know how that's working!"
